His extensive trial experience began in 1991 and includes criminal prosecution, personal injury, wrongful death and employer liability and professional malpractice. In all, Mr. Evelev has tried over 100 jury trials to verdict. His jury trial experience encompasses all Florida state and federal courts as well as state and federal courts in Missouri and Illinois. His practice focuses on the areas of commercial carrier/trucking, automobile and rental car liability defense as well as SIU/Fraud investigation.
